What are BELI's payment methods and terms?
We accept T/T bank transfer, PayPal, major credit cards, and Western Union. Sample and small-value orders are prepaid in full — the fastest way to get a small run onto the line, with no credit paperwork. Larger production orders run on a 30% deposit with the 70% balance before shipment, and established repeat customers can move to net payment terms. Every quotation states its payment terms explicitly.
What warranty covers BELI-assembled boards?
Assembled boards carry a minimum 12-month workmanship warranty, and longer coverage can be agreed at quotation for specific product programmes. If a defect is traced to our manufacturing, we make it right at our cost: full rework or replacement, a refund, or — often the least disruptive option — you have the boards repaired locally and we cover the repair cost. Boards can also be returned to us for rework.
Which Incoterms do you quote under?
Most customers order under EXW or FOB Shenzhen, and we also quote DAP and DDP when you want us to carry the shipping and import steps — see how each term splits cost and risk. Tell us your preferred term with your RFQ and the quotation will be built around it.
