Who we are

BELI Technologies ("BELI", "we", "us") is an electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider located at Room 1901E2, Qiancheng Commercial Center, No. 5 Haicheng Road, Xixiang Street, Bao'an District, Shenzhen, Guangdong 518101, China. What we collect and why

When you use the contact form on this website, we collect the details you enter — your name, email address, subject, message, and any design files you attach — along with the page you were viewing when you sent it, the page that referred you, and the previous page you visited on this site (kept in your browser's session storage until the tab closes), so we can respond with the right context. Attached files are stored on Cloudflare R2 object storage, are reachable only through unguessable links included in the resulting email, and are deleted automatically after 180 days. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotations, and manage the resulting business relationship. We process this information to take the steps you request before entering into a contract (quotation, DFM review) and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

The contact form is delivered through EmailJS, a third-party email relay service, which transmits your message to our company inbox. Your message passes through EmailJS's infrastructure solely for delivery purposes. EmailJS and Cloudflare (R2 file storage, Web Analytics) are service providers that process this data on our behalf and on our instructions.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set tracking cookies and does not run advertising scripts. Fonts, images, and other page assets are served from our own domain; the only third-party script is the Cloudflare Web Analytics beacon described here. Cloudflare Web Analytics is a cookieless, privacy-first measurement tool: it records aggregate page-view and performance statistics without cookies, without fingerprinting, and without tracking you across sites — see Cloudflare Web Analytics for details.

Embedded map

The map on our Contact page is a static image by default. An interactive Google Map is loaded only if you click it; from that point, Google may process your IP address under Google's Privacy Policy.

Where your data is processed

Inquiry data is received and processed by our team in Shenzhen, China. Because we serve customers in the United States, Europe, the United Kingdom, Israel, and other regions, your correspondence necessarily involves an international transfer of the contact details you provide. We limit this data to what is needed to handle your inquiry. Transfers are limited to what is necessary to perform the pre-contractual steps you request (GDPR Art. 49(1)(b)); Cloudflare and EmailJS process data on our behalf under their standard contractual terms.

Retention

We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to answer your request and, where a business relationship follows, for the duration of that relationship and any period required for legal or accounting purposes — and in any case we review and delete inquiry correspondence that did not lead to a business relationship after 24 months. Design files attached to the contact form are deleted automatically from Cloudflare R2 storage 180 days after upload.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have sent us at any time by emailing beli@belitechnologies.com. If you are in the EU/EEA, UK, or Israel, you may also have additional rights under your local data protection law (such as the GDPR, UK GDPR, or Israel's Privacy Protection Law), including the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the website evolves. The effective date above reflects the latest revision; material changes will be posted on this page.
