Wire Harness & Cable Assembly

Custom harnesses for automotive, industrial, medical & electronics — IPC/WHMA-A-620, 100% continuity tested.

BELI Technologies builds custom wire harnesses and cable assemblies for automotive, industrial, electronic and medical applications. Assemblies are built to IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class 2/3 and 100% continuity tested, with no minimum order quantity.

Our wire harness and cable assembly services cover automotive, mechanical, electronic, and medical applications. We produce custom harnesses to your specifications, from simple cable assemblies to complex multi-branch harnesses.

Quality control includes 100% continuity testing and visual inspection to ensure every harness meets your requirements.

Harnesses are built to IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class 2 and Class 3 workmanship standards across wire gauges from AWG 28 to AWG 10, using JST, Molex, TE, and other connector systems. Controlled crimping, routing, taping, and over-molding are available for everything from simple point-to-point cables to complex multi-branch assemblies.

There is no minimum order quantity: samples turn around in 1–2 days and batch production typically runs about two weeks, so you can validate a design before committing to a full run.
