PCB Functional Testing & ICT

ICT · flying-probe · functional · burn-in · environmental — ≥95% ICT coverage, custom fixtures.

BELI Technologies provides functional testing, in-circuit testing (ICT), flying-probe, burn-in and environmental testing for assembled boards. We build custom test fixtures in 2–3 working days and reach ≥95% ICT node coverage to validate your product before it ships.

Comprehensive functional testing services ensure your PCBAs perform exactly as designed. Our testing capabilities include ICT (In-Circuit Testing), functional testing, burn-in testing, and environmental testing to validate performance under real-world conditions.

We work closely with customers to develop custom test fixtures and test programs that match your specific product requirements.

Custom test fixtures are built in 2–3 working days, and ICT reaches ≥95% node coverage for thorough electrical verification. Flying-probe testing is available for prototypes and small batches where a dedicated fixture isn't economical.

Beyond electrical test, we run burn-in for up to 24 hours and environmental stress screening from −40 to +85 °C at 20–98% RH to expose early-life failures before your product ships. Test reports are delivered with every shipment.

This is the screening stack high-reliability PCBA programmes rely on: AOI and X-ray inspection on every order, a first-pass yield of ≥99.5%, and IPC-A-610 acceptance — with the class your programme requires set in the build specification.
